Families choosing a nursing facility are often navigating a crisis with little information. This project produces plain-language consumer guides — in print and online, in English and Spanish — covering how to read quality measures, what resident rights mean in practice, and what questions to ask on a facility tour. Participating facilities help distribute guides and provide feedback from families.
